Faber chimney comes with a comprehensive warranty of 1 year on the product, while a 5-year warranty on the motor.

Terms and Conditions of Faber Warranty.

1. Your product warranty will be valid from the purchase date.
2. Your warranty card should be stamped and signed by the authorized dealer to avail of the warranty.
3. The decision to replace or repair defective items or components is at Franke Faber India Pvt.’s sole discretion.
4. The defective part belongs to Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. after replacement.
5. These appliances are designed for home use only.
6. Glass or glass parts of the chimney are not covered under the Faber warranty.
7. You have to pay for the travel and transportation for product service, pickup, and delivery charges in remote areas.
8. Faber range hoods should be serviced in the home.
9. You have to pay for the labor cost. The warranty only covers the parts and accessories of the chimney.

Things are not covered in the Faber Chimney Warranty.

1. The warranty does not cover Charcoal Filter, Metal Grease Filters, Lamps, and Glass.
2. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents or damage while in transit or to our service center.
3. In case of damage caused because of negligence or misuse of the chimney, you cannot claim the warranty.
4. Faber warranty does not cover damages because of unauthorized repairs, tampering, or alteration of any part.
5. Hood repairs because of unauthorized modifications.
6. The warranty does not cover correcting the installation of your chimney or instructing you how to use it.
7. You cannot ask the support to replace or repair house fuses, fix your house wiring, or do plumbing.
8. Damages because of natural phenomena, such as floods or fire, are not covered in the warranty.
